Any sponsors?
Not yet but I have a few establishments interested so far.

When and how did you get into drifting and/or other motor sports?
When I was in high school I purchased my first vehicle a 1992 Toyota hilux pickup. Over a couple years I had set the truck up for drag and did the occasional "powerslide". When I purchased my corolla in March of 2004 it was for the pure fact that I liked the car. I attended a USDrift practice at Cloverleaf Mall in April of 2004 in which I decided to try the "slide", been addicted ever since.

What was the first car you used for drifting?
My Corolla

How did it work out for you?
Well I was open diff and had a mild suspension setup, but I think it turned out alright for a first day out.

What was your most practiced technique?
I was first introduced to weight transfer to initiate, seemed to be an effective way for my vehicle and suspension setup.

What is it now?
Shift-lock and/or sidebrake, of course the initiations and continuations of a drift are always dependent upon the course layout.

Where are you looking to improve?
I have a lot of areas to improve on, a few specifically are speed and angle. More speed and more angle is always a good combination.

What types of events have you participated in?
USDrift Practices
USDrift Old Dominion Speedway
Hyperfest Summit Point
Falken Tire Driftoff

What type of events have you competed in?
USDrift Old Dominion Speedway
Hyperfest
Falken Tire Driftoff

Which events will you participate in this year?
All USDrift Practices
USDrift Old Dominion Speedway
Hyperfest Summit Point
Falken Tire Driftoff
USDrift Lowes Motor Speedway
And any other events that I see feasible.

What do you find challenging?
Driving a car with a low amount of horsepower by comparison when some of your competitors have 2 to 4 times and much horsepower and the course is uphill.

Who are your influences?
Jedd Fahnstock and Nathan Brasz, every time I see the two of them in a tandem run whether its a practice event or a competition, its always a battle.

What modifications would you like to have in the future?
a 4 point bar is to be installed shortly with plans to make it a 6 point, a manual steering rack and upgraded suspension. Sidedraft carbs are a main goal for a late fall project.

What are your future plans in drifting?
This past year I haven’t had much of a chance to plan, but the closest I have to a plan is to keep practicing whenever I’m given the chance and see where it takes me. Either way it’s about having fun and self
improvement.

Your thoughts on the future of drifting?
Drifting has obviously become more mainstream however I hope that it can remain a interest about the motorsport aspect and not a big hype based on marketing.
